CPE Credit for CPAs
The ASF will be offering Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credit for CPAs at the ASF Securitization Institute: Securitization Fundamentals. Attendees are eligible to receive up to 14 credits for this event.
The field of study for all sessions of the program is Specialized Knowledge and Applications, with the following exceptions:
- US Legal and Regulatory Framework for Securitization - Business Law
- Securitization Accounting under US GAAP - Accounting
To receive credit, you must sign in AND out EACH DAY, providing the time of your arrival and departure. You will only receive credit for the portions of the program where you have completed the attendance sheet. Attendance sheets will be located inside the session room.
Please complete an evaluation form for the program. These will be located next to the sign in sheets.
This program is a group-live event. Participants will have the opportunity to gain an overview of various aspects of the securitization industry. There are no prerequisites for this event and no advanced preparation is required, although advanced reading is recommended.

State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. CFA Institute CE Credit
Participants may earn 14 CFA Institute Continuing Education (CE) credits, inclusive of 3 hours in the content areas of Standards, Ethics, and Regulations (SER), for attending this event, as granted by CFA Institute.
To obtain CE credit, individuals must complete the CFA Institute CE credit attendance sheet at the event, providing their name, firm, and CFA Institute membership number. This sheet will be available inside the session room. Participants only need to complete the sheet once to obtain credit for the event.

New York CLE Credit
Application for accreditation of this course or program in New York is currently pending. The application will be submitted to provide 3.5 transitional or non-transitional "professional practice" New York Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credits to in-person attendees at the "U.S. Legal and Regulatory Framework for Securitization" session at the September offering of the ASF Securitization Institute: Securitization Fundamentals.
Participants seeking credit must sign in AND sign out of the session to be eligible to receive New York CLE credit. Please also complete an evaluation form.
Please note that an application has been submitted to accredit this program in New York only. It is your responsibility to determine if your state accepts New York CLE credit.

Registration cancellation requests MUST be submitted in writing to
Justin Ross. A processing fee of $150 will be applied to all cancellation requests dated after June 10. 2012. After August 10, 2012, we regret that no refunds will be granted. Substitutions are welcome at any time, however please note that the substituting individual must be from the same firm and qualify under the same registration type as the original registrant.
