On September 29, President Obama addressed mortgage refinancing in his weekly address, entitled “It’s Time for Congress to Help Responsible Homeowners.” President Obama’s remarks focus on the Administration’s refinance plan, introduced in February, and urges homeowners to encourage their Congressmen to act on the proposal.
