Tom Deutsch
Tom Deutsch is Deputy Executive Director of the American Securitization Forum, serving to implement the organization's securitization market advocacy initiatives.
Mr. Deutsch previously served as an Associate in the Capital Markets Department of Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP, where he represented issuers and underwriters in various structured finance offerings, including residential mortgage-backed securitizations and asset-backed securitizations. Prior to that, Mr. Deutsch served as an Associate at McKee Nelson LLP, where he focused on residential mortgage-backed securitizations.
Mr. Deutsch earned his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania, where he was also enrolled in the Wharton School's Ph.D. program in Public Policy and Management. In addition, he earned an M.Sc. from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a B.S.B.A. with Honors and a B.A. magna cum laude from Washington University in St. Louis.
