ASF Releases Model Reg AB Item 1122 Assessment; Final 2008 Version on February 25, 2008
On February 25, the ASF released the final 2008 ASF Model Regulation AB Item 1122 Assessment to assist asserting parties responsible for assessing compliance with the servicing criteria under paragraph (d) of Item 1122 of Reg AB.
The one material change to the 2008 ASF Model compared to last year’s document is additional language noting that the servicer affirms that the vendors a servicer chooses to take responsibility for are not servicers, as defined in Item 1101(j) of Reg AB.
