Working Lunch online registration closed on January 29, 2010. Additional seats and tables were sold onsite at the Working Lunch registration desk, located in Prince George's Exhibit Hall B-C.
Please note that there were10 seats per table.
All tables purchased were located in reserved sections. Table locations were assigned based on date of purchase.
Individual seating was not reserved, and individuals sat themselves on the day of the event on a first-come, first-served basis. ASF did not guarantee the precise location of any purchased seats or tables.
Working Lunch Cancellation Policy:
We regret that no refunds will be granted. Seats/tables will not be reserved if payment is not received at the time of the order. Purchased tickets are only transferable to other ASF 2010 conference registrants.
