Gaylord National Airport Shuttle to/from Reagan National Airport (DCA)
Gaylord National offers an exclusive, express shuttle to and from Reagan National Airport. This convenient service departs every twenty minutes from Gaylord National's front door to Reagan National Airport, and every twenty minutes from the Reagan National Airport baggage claim.
Reservations are highly recommended, but tickets also will be available from the SuperShuttle desk, located on the lower level of the airport, near baggage claim.

Delta Discount

Delta Air Lines was pleased to offer discounted airfares.
ASF 2010 participants were able to receive a 5% discount off full/non restricted roundtrip fares from Delta, KLM, Northwest hub markets (Atlanta / Cincinnati / Northern Kentucky / Detroit / Metropolitan Wayne County / Memphis International / Minneapolis-St. Paul Intl / Salt Lake City International) and 7% discounts in non-hub markets.
ASF 2010 participants were able to receive a 2% discount off discounted/restricted roundtrip fares from Delta, KLM, Northwest hub markets (Atlanta / Cincinnati / Northern Kentucky / Detroit / Metropolitan Wayne County / Memphis International / Minneapolis-St. Paul Intl / Salt Lake City International) and 7% discounts in non-hub markets.
Fares needed to be at least $120 each way for discount to apply. Discount was valid for travel between January 28 – Feb 5, 2010.
Individuals could have used their assigned WorldFile/Ticket Designator NM4WB discount code to purchase tickets online and the negotiated discount was applied to available fares. Individuals and Meeting Planners should have booked at www.nwa.com.
From the 'Flights' tab, click the link: 'Do you have a NWA Discount Travel E-Cert or other voucher? 'Complete the 'Flight Options' section of the Flight Search screen. In the 'Additional Search Options' section below, in the section on the right labeled 'E-Cert: Do you have a Discount Travel E-Cert, Electronic Credit Voucher (ECV), Meeting?', select "Yes". From the drop-down, select "Meeting Agreement (WorldFile Number)". When the Meeting Agreement Code box appears, enter NM4WB in the box provided and hit the red "Search for Flights" button.

Continental Airlines Discount

Continental Airlines offered discounts off published fares of 2% to 10% or Zone fares.
To receive the discount, travel dates must have been between January 28 – February 6, 2010.
You could have booked online at www.continental.com and saved an additional 3%*. You could have chosen your flight times and received your discount by entering ZGNPAQ37W4 in the "Offer Code" box.
If booking through your professional travel agency or Continental Airlines MeetingWorks at 800-468-7022, you needed to provide:
Z Code: ZGNP; and
Agreement Code: AQ37W4
There was a $20 service fee collected, per ticket, for all tickets issued through MeetingWorks Reservations, or any Continental Airlines ticketing facility. Outside of the United States, you needed to call your local Continental Airlines Reservation Office.

Amtrak Discount
Code: X71A-978
Amtrak offered a 10% discount off the lowest available rail fare to Washington, DC between January 28, 2010 through February 5, 2010. To book your reservation, you needed to call Amtrak at 1 (800) 872-7245 or contact your local travel agent. You needed to refer to Convention Fare Code X71A-978 when making your reservation. The Amtrak convention fare discount was only available for reservations made by phone. This offer was not valid on the Auto Train and Acela service. Offer was valid with Sleepers, Business Class or First Class seats with payment of the full applicable accommodation charges. Fare was valid on Amtrak Regional all departures seven days a week, except for holiday blackouts.

Taxi
Taxis are available from each of the area airports and Union Station. Please note that wait times can be quite long.
If you will be taking a taxi to the Gaylord National from a hotel in the Old Town Alexandria area, please inquire at your hotel's bell stand, concierge or front desk in advance regarding taxi availability. We suggest that you notify the bell stand at least 20 minutes prior to your planned departure to make sure transportation will be available when needed.
Old Town Alexandria and King Street Metrorail Station Shuttle Service
