Please note that you will be required to present photo identification when picking up your name badge. Badges must be worn at all times for access to ALL conference events, including the exhibit hall and one on one meetings.

Registration Cancellation Policy

Registration cancellation requests MUST be submitted in writing to Jennifer Greenidge. A processing fee of $150 will be applied to all cancellation requests (applicable to registration categories with rates greater than $150). The special early registration rate for investors and issuers is nonrefundable. After January 21, 2011, we regret that no refunds will be granted for any cancellation.

Substitutions are welcome until January 21, 2011, after which they can be processed onsite at the conference at the walk-in registration desk for a $65 processing fee. Substitutions are only permissible if the substituting individual qualifies for the original registration category. For instance, a substitute for an investor registrant must also qualify as an investor for registration purposes. The substituting individual must also be employed by the same firm as the original registrant.

Online registration will close on January 21, 2011 at 6 PM EST. ALL walk-in registrations, INCLUDING INVESTORS, ISSUERS AND EMPLOYEES OF SUPPORTING ORGANIZATIONS, will be charged a $65 onsite administrative fee which must be paid by credit card, along with the appropriate member or nonmember registration rate. Registrations will be cancelled if payment is not received at the time of registration.

Please note that all registration categories are subject to ASF approval and your registration category must be valid on February 6, 2011. For example, if an individual registers as an ASF member, that individual's firm must be an ASF member firm in good standing at the time of the conference or the person will be required to pay the nonmember registration fee.
